If you intend to apply for a Certificate of Completion of your tutoring session or a Certificate of Participation in EAP workshop, please contact CAL and follow the steps below:
1. Complete an Academic English Tutoring session, or participate in an entire event of the EAP Workshops.
2. Fill out Google Form and click “Send.” (Link: https://docs.google.com…/1FAIpQLS/…viewform)
3. CAL will send the e-certificate to your e-mail account in a week.
Note:
1. CAL reserves the right to approve any applications.
2. To apply for the certificate for Academic Tutoring Hours, you need to fulfill the 50-minute tutoring and 10-minute survey in a tutoring session.
